In the mirror universe, Kathryn Janeway was a Terran admiral who encountered Chakotay, Dal R'El, Jankom Pog, and Murf during a reality fracture event in 2384. Initially irritated and skeptical of the prime universe team, she had them thrown into the brig.

She encountered Chakotay as he escorted the team as prisoners, and was able to spot him as his prime universe counterpart and pursued them to the bridge. Once on the bridge, she quickly realized the Loom was invading the mirror universe because of the rift and allowed the group to proceed. Gwyn was able to activate the field, repairing the fracture in reality and returning everyone to their correct universe. (PRO: "Cracked Mirror")
