Kathleen A. Petty
Kathleen A. Petty, normally credited as Kathy Petty, is a film production accountant who worked as Key Accountant on Star Trek.
Star Trek is the second film Petty worked on which starred Eric Bana; the first was 2003's Hulk. It is also Petty's second film to star Bruce Greenwood after Passenger 57 (1992, co-starring Robert Hooks).
Her prior credits as a production accountant also include two films featuring Star Trek actor Paul Winfield – Dennis the Menace (starring Christopher Lloyd and Lea Thompson featuring music by Jerry Goldsmith) and Mars Attacks! (1996). In addition, she worked on two films composed by James Horner – Legends of the Fall (1994) and How the Grinch Stole Christmas (2000, with Clint Howard and cinematography by Don Peterman).
Petty has also served as a production accountant on the films Class Act (featuring Raye Birk), Disclosure (1994, featuring Rosemary Forsyth, David Drew Gallagher, Jacqueline Kim, Suzie Plakson, and Jack Shearer), Home for the Holidays (featuring Angela Paton), Beloved (1998, featuring Jude Ciccolella, Albert Hall, Charles Napier, and Tracey Walter), Mystery Men (1999, with visual effects supervised by Lori J. Nelson), Jurassic Park III (2001, featuring Bruce French, Mark Harelik, and Star Trek: Enterprise regular Linda Park), and Blades of Glory (2007, featuring Tom Virtue). She was also the financial controller for Batman Begins (2001, featuring production designs by Nathan Crowley).
