Kathie Browne (19 September 1930–8 April 2003; age 72) was an actress who played Deela in the Star Trek: The Original Series third season episode "Wink of an Eye". She filmed her scenes between Wednesday 18 September 1968 and Wednesday 25 September 1968 at Desilu Stage 9 and Stage 10.

She appeared in many films, such as having a minor role in Brainstorm (1965, starring Jeffrey Hunter), and TV shows, including Sea Hunt (starring Lloyd Bridges), 77 Sunset Strip, Gunsmoke, Perry Mason (one of her four appearances on Perry Mason was with Sherry Jackson), My Favorite Martian (starring Ray Walston), Wagon Train (with Whit Bissell), The Wild Wild West (with Lee Bergere), Fantasy Island (starring Ricardo Montalban), The Love Boat, Hondo (in a recurring role) and Kolchak: The Night Stalker. Browne and William Windom appeared together in one episode of The Outsider.

She died of natural causes in 2003 in Beverly Hills, California.
