Kach-Ugh was an obscure dialect of Klingonese.

In 2259, Ensign Nyota Uhura identified several Klingon members of the Broken Circle on Cajitar IV as speaking Kach-Ugh, and adjusted the universal translator to compensate. (SNW: "The Broken Circle")
