John Tyler Ott

John Tyler Ott is a filmmaker and production assistant who served as Production Assistant on Star Trek and Visual Effects Data Wrangler on Star Trek Into Darkness.

He was previously First Assistant Director on the independent action film Koreatown (2007, with Jon Donahue) and a casting associate on the horror thriller The Lodge (2008).

More recently, Ott served as production assistant on Michael Bay's science fiction sequel Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen (2009, with Robert Foxworth, Spencer Garrett, and Donald Sage Mackay) and Tim Burton's fantasy adventure Alice in Wonderland (2010, with stunts by Ilram Choi and Theo Kypri).
