John Foster

Ensign John Foster was a Starfleet officer who served during the early 25th century. In 2401, Foster served on the USS Titan-A's gamma shift. (PIC: "The Next Generation")

When Commander Hansen was searching for the Changeling that had come aboard the Titan in order to sabotage it, Hansen searched Foster's quarters and found the corpse of Ensign Eli Foster. (PIC: "No Win Scenario")

This character was only mentioned in writing. Foster was listed on an illegible duty roster in "The Next Generation" which was later shared by Bill Krause on Twitter. [1](X)
The sign on Foster's quarters reads "Ensign John Foster" but the duty roster refers to Foster as "Lieutenant".
