Joe Reynolds (born 3 July 1964; age 61) played Hickam in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine seventh season episode "Inter Arma Enim Silent Leges".

In the same year as his Deep Space Nine appearance, he starred in the motion picture Dead Dogs with John Durbin and Jay Underwood. He also voiced an announcer in Tales from Beyond and starred with Chase Masterson in Yesterday Was a Lie. Reynolds also appeared in the film Bernie and guest starred in Medium (2007, starring Jake Weber).

Reynolds owned the M Bar Hollywood in Los Angeles, where Sarah Silverman and others have often performed.
