Jess Harnell (born 23 December 1963; age 61) is an actor who voiced several characters in the Star Trek: Lower Decks first season episode "Envoys", as well as the fifth season episode "A Farewell To Farms". He was also a voice actor in the video game Star Trek: Starfleet Command III.

Among his many voice roles, Harnell voiced Wakko in Animaniacs and Captain Hero in Drawn Together.

From 2013-2018, he voiced Cedric the sorcerer on Sofia the First which had the lead character voiced by Ariel Winter.
