Jacques Gravett
Jacques Gravett is an editor who worked between 1994 and 2002 as assistant editor on several Star Trek episodes. His sister is Star Trek: Deep Space Nine and Star Trek: Voyager assistant Nicole Ann Gravett.
He was referenced in the Star Trek: The Next Generation seventh season episode "Inheritance" and the Gravett Island in Star Trek: First Contact were named after him. During the production of Star Trek: First Contact he served as assistant to Ronald D. Moore. Gravett studied at the San Diego State University and the California State University.
As editor, Gravett worked on the short comedy Living in Walter's World (2003, with Ethan Phillips, Armin Shimerman, and assistant editor Harry Jierjian), on three episodes of Carnivàle (2003, starring Michael John Anderson, with Adrienne Barbeau, Clancy Brown, Patrick Bauchau, Toby Huss, John Fleck, Diane Salinger, Robert Knepper, K Callan, Spencer Garrett, John Savage, Scott MacDonald, Brent Hinkley and Rachelle Roderick), on sixteen episodes of Ronald D. Moore's Battlestar Galactica (2004-07), on four episodes of The Shield (2008), on the family movie 7 Days in Slow Motion (2009), and on eight episodes ofSons of Anarchy (2008-09, starring Ron Perlman).
In 2005 he worked as writer, director, producer, and editor on the short film Before Jackie, which also featured Ethan Phillips.
