Infringement

Infringement was a violation, a breach, or an unauthorized act of a law, rights, or contract.

In 2269, while being interrogated by Leonard McCoy, Sevrin claimed that he fought being examined, not because he knew full well that he was ill with Synthococcus novae, but because a forced physical was an infringement of his rights. (TOS: "The Way to Eden")
