The Indiana Jones was a Federation Type 7 shuttlecraft that was in service with Starfleet in the mid-24th century, attached to the USS Enterprise-D. It was shuttlecraft 08.

In early 2366, the Indiana Jones was listed on the shuttlebay operations display as being located off-ship with its last reported location given as Starbase 515. (TNG: "Evolution", okudagram)

This shuttlecraft was only mentioned in writing.
This craft seems to have been named as an in-joke reference to the Indiana Jones film series.
