Ilyra VI

Ilyra VI was the inhabited sixth planet of its star system. The planet was located somewhere in the Alpha or Beta Quadrant. Harry Mudd described it as a "charming planet" that had an "innocent and friendly populace."

At some point prior to stardate 4978, Harry Mudd escaped the robot planet he was imprisoned on by stealing a ship, and found refuge on this planet. While on Ilyra VI, Mudd committed fraud by selling Starfleet Space Academy to its inhabitants. His sale earned him enough credits to get him to Sirius IX. (TAS: "Mudd's Passion")

This planet was only mentioned in dialogue.
In the novelization of "Mudd's Passion" (as published in Star Trek Log 3), Harry Mudd said that Ilyra VI was granted full Federation status not long before his visit there.
