Ilidaria

Ilidaria was an inhabited planet in the Ilidaria system of the Delta Quadrant. It was the homeworld of the warp-capable Ilidarian civilization. The planet was located less than three light years from a type-4 quantum singularity.

When USS Voyager was trapped within the event horizon of the quantum singularity in 2371, Neelix suggested asking for help from Ilidaria. He noted that its inhabitants had sophisticated technology and were "quite friendly, most of the time". (VOY: "Parallax")

This planet was only mentioned in dialogue.
According to Star Trek: Star Charts (p. 83), this planet was visited by Voyager on stardate 48734, the date of Chakotay and Tuvok's trade mission to the Ilidarians mentioned in "Cathexis".
