Ice pack

An ice pack was a sack containing ice or another cold substance, used for bringing down a swelling.

In 2373, while temporarily exhibiting an evil personality, The Doctor advised Nakahn, whom he'd burned, to use a dermal regenerator or an ice pack. (VOY: "Darkling")

In 2375, a badly beaten up Vic Fontaine asked if Miles O'Brien or Julian Bashir had an ice pack. (DS9: "Badda-Bing, Badda-Bang")
