Ensign I. Marquez was a male Human Earth Starfleet officer who served during the early 2160s.

Marquez served aboard Enterprise NX-01 under Captain Jonathan Archer, and was among the Enterprise crew who attended the Federation Founding Ceremony that year.

A hologram of Marquez was observed by William T. Riker and Deanna Troi as played back a holoprogram of that event aboard the USS Enterprise-D in 2370. (ENT: "These Are The Voyages...")
