Howard Shangraw (born 3 March 1952; age 73) played Grathon Tolar in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine sixth season episode "In the Pale Moonlight".

Shangraw has also guest starred in Hill Street Blues (with fellow Deep Space Nine guest stars Lawrence Pressman and Barbara Bosson), three episodes of Cagney & Lacey (with fellow Deep Space Nine guest stars Gregory Sierra and Robert Miano), Wings (with Steven Weber) and Frasier (with Kelsey Grammer and Patrick Kerr).
