Homemaker was a term used to describe an individual, usually a woman, whose primary duty was to manage a household.

Clare Raymond, a 20th century Human who was frozen in 1994, and later revived in 2364, was revealed to be a "homemaker." Data, who was unfamiliar with the term, surmised that the occupation "must be some kind of construction work." (TNG: "The Neutral Zone")

Though not specifically stated to be such, Charlene from The Doctor's original version of Doctor's Family Program Beta-Rho would also qualify as a homemaker.
