Homemade

Homemade was a term used to describe anything which was made by an individual craftsman, rather than industrially produced.

In 2151, while eating in Enterprise NX-01's mess hall, Travis Mayweather told Matthew Ryan to save room for dessert, which was homemade ice cream. (ENT: "Fortunate Son")

In 2268, Leonard McCoy classified a gun barrel rod used by Neural natives as being fashioned in such a way as to appear homemade (made on Neural, using their technology), when in fact it was created elsewhere. (TOS: "A Private Little War")

In 2369, Odo classified the explosive used to blow up Deep Space 9's schoolroom as "a simple homemade bomb" after learning of its composure - cabrodine and infernite. (DS9: "In the Hands of the Prophets")
