Hobbes

Hobbes was a chemical element listed on the Table of Elements. (TNG: "Rascals")

The element Hobbes had the symbol "Ca" which is the same atomic symbol used for Calcium. It is presumably named after either English philosopher Thomas Hobbes, or his namesake from the comic strip "Calvin and Hobbes."
