Hernia

A hernia was a medical condition caused by lifting heavy weights.

In 2375, while having to carry a very heavy Klingon cloaking device and after being assured by Rom that the USS Defiant's device was heavier than the one they were lifting, Quark retorted sarcastically, "Tell it to my hernia." (DS9: "The Emperor's New Cloak")

In 2401 while retaking the USS Titan-A bridge, the ship's cook admitted that he had not completed his lunar flight class training, in part due to helping at his brother's deli while his brother had a hernia. (PIC: "The Last Generation")
