Herb lore

Herb lore was the study of herbs and their medicinal properties.

In 2371, impressed by The Doctor's knowledge of Amanita muscaria and its effects on Humans, Freya asked if "Lord Schweitzer" was a master of herb lore. The Doctor then replied that he supposed he was, in a manner of speaking. (VOY: "Heroes and Demons")
