Henry Murph (26 June 1946–13 January 2016; age 69) was an actor who appeared as a Melona IV scientist in the Star Trek: The Next Generation fifth season episode "Silicon Avatar" for which he filmed his scenes on Wednesday 7 August 1991 on location at the Golden Oak Ranch and on Thursday 15 August 1991 on Paramount Stage 16.
Murph had supporting roles in the action thriller Broken Arrow (1996, with Christian Slater, Bob Gunton, Vyto Ruginis, Ousaun Elam, Casey Biggs, Joey Box, Jim Palmer, Vince Deadrick, Charlie Brewer, Gary Epper, Mario Roberts, Kurtwood Smith, James G. MacDonald, Raymond Cruz, and Tom Demille) and in the horror thriller Last Girl (2013).
He worked as regular background actor, Detective Hank Harold, on the television series NYPD Blue between 1996 and 2005 where he worked with Gordon Clapp, Sharon Lawrence, Michael Buchman Silver, Michael Echols, and Daniel Benzali. He also appeared in episodes of New York Undercover (1996, with John Eddins) and Raising the Bar (2009, with Lou Saliba).
