Hemoglobin count

The hemoglobin count was the measure of hemoglobin in one's bloodstream.

In 2268, after Leonard McCoy's Xenopolycythemia had been addressed, Spock assured the recuperating doctor that his hemoglobin count was normal, suggesting that his body was taking in oxygen normally. (TOS: "For the World is Hollow and I Have Touched the Sky")
