In 2369 of an alternate timeline, dressed as an old-fashioned doctor, Q wore a lab coat, head mirror and stethoscope when speaking to Lieutenant junior grade Jean-Luc Picard in USS Enterprise-D's sickbay.(TNG: "Tapestry")
