Harassment

Harassment was any unwelcome behavior, action, or communication that would create a hostile, intimidating, or offensive environment for an individual or group.

In 2366, after being informed by William T. Riker that there were two ensigns stationed on deck thirty nine who knew nothing about the holiday scheme, Captain Jean-Luc Picard replied, "I suppose this means I can look forward to a week of continual harassment on this subject?". (TNG: "Captain's Holiday")
