Happy hour was a period of time when a bar gave discounts on its drinks and foods.

Benjamin Sisko visited Quark's in 2373 during happy hour. (DS9: "Apocalypse Rising")

During the Reckoning in 2374, Quark "extended" happy hour, declaring that "From now on, every hour is happy hour. At least, until business picks up." Julian Bashir later told Quark that perhaps the Reckoning Tablet said "Go to Quark's. It's happy hour." (DS9: "The Reckoning")

In 2381, it was happy hour at Zorky's when Carol Freeman, Shaxs and Sam Rutherford came to New Axton in search of Nicholas Locarno. (LD: "The Inner Fight")
