Hangar 4 was a shuttlepod storage facility aboard the USS Enterprise-D.

In early 2366, the Chris Pike and El-Baz were listed on the shuttlebay operations display as undergoing a refit and overhaul in hangar 4, respectively. (TNG: "Evolution", okudagram)
