Hal Leonard LLC (formerly known as Hal Leonard Corporation) is a publishing company specializing in sheet music, songbooks, and music instructional materials.

In 2000, the company acquired a majority interest in Applause Books [1] and later acquired the entire company in 2004. [2] In 2018, it sold Applause Books to the Rowman & Littlefield Publishing Group. [3]
