Greg Strangis (born 5 January 1951; age 74) was a staff writer for Star Trek: The Next Generation during the first season. He was credited as Creative Consultant for the episodes "The Big Goodbye", "Datalore", and "Angel One", for his work in rewriting the scripts or dialogue in those episodes.

During this time, Strangis also submitted at least one of his own undeveloped stories for The Next Generation, entitled "The Neutral Zone". Despite bearing a similar name to the first season episode "The Neutral Zone", the premise was completely unrelated.
