Greg Hyman (born 20 December 1966; age 58) is a visual effects editor at Industrial Light & Magic who worked on Star Trek.

Hyman graduated with honors from San Francisco State University's film production program in 1994, after which he joined ILM as an assistant effects editor. His first film was Paramount Pictures' Forrest Gump (1994). He then worked as an assistant editor on such films as Mars Attacks! (1996, featuring Paul Winfield) and The Lost World: Jurassic Park (1997).

His credits as a lead effects editor have included Starship Troopers (1997, starring Clancy Brown and Dina Meyer), Star Wars: Episode I – The Phantom Menace (1999), Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone, Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets, and the M. Night Shyamalan films Signs and The Happening (featuring Alan Ruck). He also did uncredited work on Star Wars: Episode III – Revenge of the Sith (2005) and Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest (2006) and Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End (2007). [1]
