Goon

A goon was a derogatory term for a threatening or stupid individual.

In 2268, while under the influence of the Beta XII-A entity, Montgomery Scott referred to the Klingons as "fuzz-faced goons", adding that they should have left their patterns in the transporter. (TOS: "Day of the Dove")
