Giles Belt was an asteroid belt in Sector 30/489, Beta Quadrant. This belt was located near the Nel Bato system and the planets Lya III and Lya IV. (TNG: "The Most Toys")

This asteroid belt was only mentioned in dialogue.

This asteroid belt's quadrant of origin was inferred from it being in Sector 30, which contained a section of the Federation-Romulan border. This border was canonically located in the Beta Quadrant in the Star Trek: Picard episode "The Impossible Box".

This belt was located in a subsector with the reference number of 321-053.

The identification of the Giles Belt as an asteroid belt was done by the Star Trek Encyclopedia, 4th ed., vol. 1, p. 305.
