Gilan

Gilan was a male Human Starfleet inspector assigned to Operational Support Services under Chief Fleet Inspector Commander Pelia during the mid-23rd century.

In 2259, he was assigned to Starbase 1, during which he assisted in running a number of comprehensive inspections, systems checks, and upgrades on the USS Enterprise. He attempted to install a secure comms patch on Ensign Nyota Uhura's communications station on the bridge, but she turned him away until she could set up a secondary comms.
