Geraldine Farrell is the actress who played Galis in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine first season episode "Babel".

Farrell has appeared in two movies, Possession (1987) and The Journey Home.

She guest-starred in Sisters (1993, with Kirsten Dunst) and Bakersfield P.D. (1994, with fellow Deep Space Nine guest stars Christopher Darga and Tom Towles). In 1994, she guest-starred in Models Inc. with another Deep Space Nine guest star, Cindy Katz.
