Georgina Shore (born 29 July 1954; age 70) is a former actress who was one of the recurring background performers on Star Trek: The Next Generation. Her character, Van Mayter, was named in the fourth season episode "In Theory" where she died. She filmed the scenes for "In Theory" on Tuesday 9 April 1991 on Paramount Stage 9.

According to the call sheet, she was scheduled to appear on the bridge in the fourth season episode "The Nth Degree" but was replaced by Tracee Lee Cocco. She was also scheduled to appear in the episode "The Drumhead" but was replaced again.

Shore previously appeared in the 1987 film Hell Comes to Frogtown, which also featured future Trek performer Nicholas Worth.
