Geordi La Forge (impostor)

Geordi La Forge was the alias of a Human impostor who portrayed Starfleet Lieutenant Commander Geordi La Forge on behalf of the Romulans in 2367.

That year, when La Forge was abducted en route to Risa by Romulan Commander Taibak, who brainwashed him to destroy the Federation-Klingon Alliance, this impostor traveled to Risa aboard the USS Enterprise-D shuttlecraft Onizuka and impersonated La Forge on the planet to ensure he was not missed. As he departed, Taibak told him "do not enjoy yourself too much on Risa," before letting him depart. (TNG: "The Mind's Eye")

This double was portrayed by an actor with the last name Aikins.
He received no credit for this part and was listed as "Geordi photo double" on the call sheet for the day of filming, Thursday 28 March 1991.
The script listed him as "Geordi's double", and described him as "a Black Human in a Starfleet uniform" who "puts on a fake VISOR just like Geordi's" after which, "Taibak walks around the man, studying him, then nods with satisfaction."
