Galador II

Galador II was the inhabited second planet in its star system. This was the homeworld of the Galadorans. By 2370, Galador freighters regularly operated on a trade route between Galador II and Farius Prime. (DS9: "The Maquis, Part I")

"GAL-uh-door" was the pronunciation for this planet's name from the script pronunciation guide. [1]

According to Star Trek: Star Charts (p. 47) and Stellar Cartography: The Starfleet Reference Library ("Federation Historical Highlights, 2161-2385"), the Galador system was located in the Alpha Quadrant. This was a quaternary system with four F-class stars. In the late 24th century, it was an independent system.
