Galactic Time

Galactic Time was the primary time standard by which Starfleet Command regulated clocks and time in the 23rd century. In this standard, day and night were represented by a star and a crescent moon, respectively. (DIS: "Context Is for Kings")

In Galactic Time, the clock ran from 00:00 to 25:00. (DIS: "Despite Yourself")

In the episode "Despite Yourself", there was a menu of Earth food located in the mess hall. The breakfast hours were from 00:00 to 11:00, the lunch hours were from 11:00 to 17:00, and the dinner hours were from 17:00 to 25:00.
