Fred S.

Fred S. was an individual who was killed by the Romulan supernova of 2387.

In 2399, on the anniversary of this event, someone who knew Fred wrote a brief message to him on the floor of a room. This message was seen in a newscast broadcast by the Federation News Network of mourning ceremonies for those lost to the supernova. (PIC: "Remembrance")
