Frank Williams is an actor who appeared as a sciences crewman in several episodes of Star Trek: Enterprise. As a background actor he received no credit for his appearances but was identified by the call sheets.

Prior to his work on Star Trek, Williams was a regular background actor on Sunset Beach (1997-1999, with Leigh Taylor-Young, Steven Vincent Leigh, Constance Towers, Curt Truman, and Gary Weeks) and appeared in episodes of Sports Night (1999, with Brenda Strong, Ron Ostrow, Timothy Davis-Reed and directed by Marc Buckland) and That's Life (2001, with Titus Welliver and Paul Sorvino).

He worked as regular background actor on Resurrection Blvd. (2001-02, with Tony Plana and Ray Wise) and appeared in episodes of Alias (2002, with Victor Garber, Quentin Tarantino, Jennifer Tung, Ben Bray, Jeff Wolfe, Randy Hall, and Greg Grunberg), Law & Order: Special Victims Unit (2004 & 2007, starring Mariska Hargitay, with Jeannetta Arnette and John Schuck), NYC 22 (2012, with Sonequa Martin-Green), The Blacklist (2013, with Ryan Eggold), The Following, The Good Wife, and Boardwalk Empire.

Film work includes the crime drama The Game Is Dead (2005), The Good Shepherd (2006, starring Matt Damon), Meet Dave (2008, starring Eddie Murphy, Gabrielle Union, Tim Sitarz, Boni Yanagisawa, Brandon Molale), the short drama Frame (2009), The Taking of Pelham 123 (2009), the drama The Red Bowtie (2012), the crime drama Knock Box (2012), Men in Black 3 (2012, with Alice Eve, Keone Young, Bill Hader, and Tom McComas), the short drama Indecision (2013), Side Effects (2013, starring Jude Law), A Most Violent Year (2014), the short comedy The Final Table (2015), the short drama The Man in the Room (2017), and Cuffs & Shield (2017).

Between 2015 and 2018, Williams appeared in several episodes of Madam Secretary in which he played DS Agent John Kendall. The series co-starred Keith Carradine and Bebe Neuwirth and also features Kevin Rahm and Tony Plana and was executive produced by David Semel in its first season.
