Francis Puga was a man encountered by Seven of Nine and Raffaela Musiker at an LAPD station in Los Angeles on April 12, 2024. He informed them that if Cristóbal Rios was detained by ICE, he wouldn't be in the local police records. (PIC: "Watcher")
