Finibus II was the second planet of the Finibus system. It was class K and harbored indigenous lifeforms.

Circa 2260, the position and orbital path of this planet were depicted in a system map aboard the USS Enterprise. (SNW: "Memento Mori", "Hegemony, Part II")
