File name
A file name was a designation given to a computer, holodeck, or audio files for easy access.
In 2364, William T. Riker asked Minuet if she knew what the file name was for Bynar information. She had no idea. Jean-Luc Picard felt the Bynars wouldn't hide it on purpose, but rather would make it something they could easily guess. Data reminded Picard that file names could be anything. When Picard told him that the Bynars wanted them to figure it out, Data suggested a name, a place, or a personal reference rendered in binary language. (TNG: "11001001")
