Fendaus V was the inhabited fifth planet of its star system. The planet was located somewhere in the Alpha or Beta Quadrant.

The leaders of Fendaus V possessed a hereditary genetic condition that caused them to lack limbs. (TNG: "Loud As A Whisper")

This planet was only mentioned in dialogue.
In the Star Trek: Star Charts ("United Federation of Planets I"), Fendaus V was listed as a Federation member in 2378.
