Feeding time

Feeding time was a regular time at which infants or animals were to be fed.

In 2267, after Captain James T. Kirk and Spock watched villagers walk into Gamma Trianguli VI's god's mouth and deposit plates of fruit down its throat, the captain asked his first officer, "What happens if Vaal weakens around feeding time?". (TOS: "The Apple")
