Ethical misconduct

Ethical misconduct was any action taken which violated a code of ethics.

According to the Vulcan database, the protocols of the Vulcan Council of Physicians, those accused of ethical misconduct were entitled to have their case heard before the ranking medical officer in the province or territory where the accusation originated. According to Jonathan Archer, the case leveled against T'Pol (regarding the mind meld she participated in which left her with Pa'nar Syndrome) should therefore be heard by Oratt. (ENT: "Stigma")
