Errik Tustenuggee
Errik Tustenuggee (born 31 March 1970; age 55) is an actor who appeared as a Starfleet Academy council member in Star Trek. He received no credit for this appearance.
Tustenuggee was born in Brooklyn, New York, but moved to Orange County, California, when he was 15. He began acting at Cypress College and, in 1992, he appeared on Quantum Leap, starring Scott Bakula and Dean Stockwell. Tustenuggee decided to take a break from Hollywood and travel to South Korea and South America for five years to teach English.
Since his return to acting, Tustenuggee has appeared on such television shows as Monk (2006, starring Ted Levine, with Clyde Kusatsu, Bonita Friedericy, Aaron Lustig, and Van Epperson),Without a Trace (starring Enrique Murciano), Commander in Chief (with Samantha Eggar), and Til Death (with John Cho). He also appeared in two episodes of Boston Legal, including the second season finale, "BL: Los Angeles". In addition to series regulars William Shatner and René Auberjonois, this episode also featured Jeri Ryan and Robert Foxworth. He also appeared on the eight season of 24.
In addition to Star Trek, Tustenuggee appeared in Paramount Pictures' Cloverfield (2008, produced by J.J. Abrams and Bad Robot Productions). He can also be seen in Eagle Eye (2008, produced produced by Alex Kurtzman and Roberto Orci). His other films have included Class Act (1992), Role Models (2008), and He's Just Not That Into You (2009).
