Environment 83 was a holodeck program that consisted of a frozen wasteland. It was accessed and entered by Sam Rutherford in 2380 as part of his attempt to freeze the pursuing Badgey, who was attempting to kill both Rutherford and D'Vana Tendi. (LD: "Terminal Provocations")
