Emulsifier

An emulsifier was a chemical used in food.

Emulsifiers were one ingredient in spumoni ice cream. In 2242, Sylvia Tilly calculated the amount of emulsifiers needed to make her replicator produce only this ice cream. (ST: "Runaway")
