Eminiar VII Starbase was a Federation starbase on Eminiar VII in the Alpha Quadrant.

In 2328, this was the destination for passengers traveling from Elba II Orbital Transit Station via commercial transport. Niel Wray and William Foster traveled there on the SS Kogin, and David Ramirez traveled on the SS Wisconsin. (TNG-R: "Inheritance", okudagram)

This base's quadrant of origin is inferred based on the position of the Eminiar system as seen in the star chart appearing in Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country.
